For a lot of us we just want to know the truth about nutrition: what works and what doesn’t This is a snippet from an email I received the other day, “For me the hardest part is just knowing what to eat and when, there is so much out there and I just want to know what is real”.
With the recent growth of the online nutrition and fitness community there is a lot of “information” out there.
Unfortunately that information often leads to more confusion.
No doubt you have had a similar experience. One day you go to your favorite health magazine and read, “eggs are as bad for you as smoking” so you stop eating eggs. The next week you read an article like this, “2 eggs a day keeps the doctor away”, so you start eating eggs.
It's hard to make progress when you're getting conflicting messages.
Well there are science journals... but we know that most people don't typically enjoy reading dry, boring science journals to get good information. There were no evidence based nutrition magazines... until now!
We were tired of reading pseudoscience nonsense so we decided to create our own magazine. . . Thus, Science Driven Nutrition was born!
