Is this program right for me?  How much experience do I need?
You should be a fairly experienced athlete to run this template.  While there will always be outliers, we recommend that you have 6-12 months of experience in fitness sport.  You must be competent at a wide variety of movements.  

All of that said, it's perfectly fine for you to scale any and all of the workouts if necessary.
Do I need any special software to use the template?
Yes, but it's easy-to-find and use!  You'll need access to a spreadsheet program like Excel or Google Sheets, but practically anything will do.  The template is usable from both a desktop PC and smart phone.  
Do I need access to special equipment?
Everything you need should be available in most gyms.

Here's a brief overview of the equipment required:

- Olympic barbell & bumper plates
- Rowing machine
- Medicine balls
- Squat rack
- GHD machine
- Pull-up bar
- Jump rope
- Kettlebells
- Gymnastics rings
- Boxes at various heights
How are weights for each exercise determined?
You'll need to know either your 1 rep max, 5 rep max, or 10 rep max for the big lifts.

Accessory movements are prescribed based on rep ranges, but you are encouraged to go by feel in terms of loading and rest times.
