How Does This Work?  What Do I Need To Do?
We're not gonna lie - for the level of depth and the extremely high, personalized approach we offer, there's leg work to be done.  We're constantly refining our processes and simplifying the way we work with our members but in the end, you still need to put in the effort and learn a few things.

After you join, you'll need to give us information about your nutrition and training habits, your goals, and a few other things.  All you have to do is log into the app from either your mobile device or the web app and fill out some basic information.  We set up a custom macronutrient and Calorie goal.  The app is where we aggregate data and provide you with feedback on what you're doing so we can make things happen!

All-in-all, you get an unmatched level of support and most people find that it's easy to get into the swing of things.  

Is ETP Only For Super Athletic People?
No, ETP works for EVERYONE. Whether you work out for your health and to look good naked, or you're a competitive weightlifter or fitness athlete, we have you covered because we apply the basics of human nutrition through a vetted coaching process to achieve results.
Our members are normal people just like you who are done messing around with fad diets and unfounded approaches to nutrition.  They're ready for a sustainable, evidence-based model. YES.  A million times yes!  We have no bias towards food selection here.  We care more about the amounts of food and the constituent elements of the food itself than we do about the terms and labels that we apply to it.  

Paleo, Vegan, Mediterranean, Pescetarian, it doesn't matter.  As long as you eat, we'll show you how to make the most of your food preferences and NEVER judge you for something like not eating meat or hating broccoli.  We will never talk down to you or tell you that you have to eat certain foods to get results.
